Your tax-deductible contributions will be used to provide medical and dental services for the uninsured patients at CBCHC. Please submit monetary donations c/o Cecelia Creighton, Executive Director, to the address below or make your secure donation via check or credit card online hosted by PayPal.

Donors will be recognized for their contributions in CBCHC's Quarterly Newsletter. At the donor's request, we will keep the donation confidential. Also, each donor will receive a statement for their tax purposes. Thank you for your generous support!
